Account & Data Deletion Request

This page provides account and associated data deletion instructions for users of the Verboelt mobile application.

Steps to Request Account Deletion
You can request the permanent removal of your account and personal information through the following options:

• In-App Option: Log into the Verboelt app, navigate to your Profile/Settings menu, select Delete Account, and confirm your request.
• Web/Email Option: If you have already uninstalled the app, send an email request from your registered email address to support@verboelt.com (replace with your real support email) with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Data Types Deleted and Kept

• Data That Will Be Deleted: Upon processing your request, your personal profile information, user account credentials, app settings, and activity logs will be permanently erased from our databases within 30 days.
• Data That Will Be Kept (Retention Period): Basic transaction logs and financial records related to in-app purchases will be securely stored for a period of up to 5 years to comply with local financial, tax, and legal regulations. After this period, the data will be completely destroyed.

⚠️ Important Subscriptions Notice: Deleting your Verboelt account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions billed through Google Play. Please cancel your active subscriptions inside your Google Play Account settings before submitting your deletion request.
